Ir. Russel Tambunan MBA, was born in Tarutung – North Sumatra on 10th December, 1955. He graduated from Faculty of Fishery at Brawijaya University, Malang - East Java, majoring in Social Economy and got his Master of Business Administration from Monash University, Melbourne, Australia.

Mr. Russsel Tambunan has a long career in a Group Company in Indonesia and has had some important and strategic positions as a Top Executive in companies in the Group.

He serves as a professional in several companies for 27 years, since 1979 until 2006. While he was a professional, he started his own company in 1994. Up to now, he has had several companies whose core businesses are in Management Consultancy, Fishery Integrated Industry, Shipping Company, Heavyweight Equipment, Export – Import, and Micro Credit Bank. Solid, Growth & Worth are the motto of all of his company.

Despite his busyness and various activities, Mr. Russel Tambunan serves as Chairman of the Board of Management (BOM) of PT. Bisnis Mandiri Wisesa, which he co-founded in 2006.

As the chairman of PT. Bisnis Mandiri Wisesa, his mission is to make this company a lifelong business and the best E-Commerce Network Marketing company, both nationwide and throughout the world.

Josafat Wiranto was born in Surabaya, the second largest city of Indonesia and the capital city of East Java. He was one of the founders of the company and its President Director from its founded in 2006 until now. Today Biomagworld is one of the top nine Multi Level Marketing Company in Indonesia in people’s mind, according to the survey conducting by Success Magazine.

Josafat has ten years of experience in the network marketing industry. He is marketing-minded, understands what it takes to build a network marketing business and knows how to have fun in the process. His background experience as a Mathematics and Physics teacher makes him know a lots of knowledge and experience, and enabled him to become a good leader, motivator, trainer, and consultant.

He has traveled nationally and internationally in an effort to share his insights about Biomagworld. His visionary leadership of Biomagworld has garnered the company national recognition respect in the network marketing industry. He has also served the past four years as the President Director of Biomagworld where he has been the central and main figure in developing a strong strategic direction that has focused the company and its Leaders in a right direction. Josafat is known around the office for his ability to get things done. He is also known for his patient and wise leadership. He is a music lover and spends much of his free time listening to jazz and classical music.

Josafat has a Science Degree in Mathematics from Sepuluh Nopember Institute of Technology - widely known as ITS - in Surabaya and a Master Degree majoring in Finance from Prasetya Mulya Graduate School of Management - Jakarta, one of the most respectful and reputable Business School in Indonesia. Josafat loves spending time with family and finding ways to make his wife and whole family laugh. Josafat and his family live in Jakarta, Indonesia.
